What can I say about Erika that hasn't been said. Oh well I will say it again. She is one heck of a smart realtor, she knows her market.

I had a small plot of land that I had been putting off selling. Time to find a realtor I thought. I read several realtor reviews but Erika's reviews stood out. OK I thought I will try this Erika Robles. I called and spoke with her assistant, Gaby Ornelas. Once I connected with Erika it was quite a ride. Not only was she up front about her commission, but she had a plan as to how, why and how much we should list. Her plan worked beautifully. WHAM!! she got the ball rolling in jet action speed and in a little over one month the sale was made beyond my expectations and escrow closed.

Kudos to you Erika, and Kudos to your assistant, Gaby Ornelas. You have quite a team.
